1. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also visit our “Track Your Order” page and enter your order number to check the status.

2. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Read our full Return Policy [here].

3. How long does delivery take?

Our processing time is usually 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Yogimi is an international brand, and we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping availability will be shown at checkout.

5. How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking the size chart on each product page. For a more comfortable fit, choose a size that’s 2–3 cm larger than your exact body measurement. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Contact us at yogimistore@gmail.com as soon as possible.

7. Is my payment secure?

Yes, all transactions are processed through secure payment gateways with full encryption to protect your data.

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not support COD. All orders must be prepaid at checkout.
